Chuck is the President and Founder of New South Properties. Previously with Grubb & Ellis, he specialized in Industrial Brokerage and Tenant Representation. New South was formed in 1991 and began to diversify into development of industrial, office and retail properties in 2000. During his career, Chuck has won several top producer awards by the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a current member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Chuck graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and has lived in the Atlanta area since 1986.

Katerina Kulikova joined New South Properties as Vice President of Site Acquisitions. She has a proven track record of successfully identifying, analyzing, negotiating and acquiring properties throughout the Southeast. Katerina has also effectively developed relationships with a variety of tenants, landowners, municipalities and is continuously working to widen her network.  Prior to joining New South Properties, Katerina was Vice President of Site Acquisitions for Century Retail and AG Armstrong Development Company. She began her career with the Atlanta based commercial and residential investment company in 2003.  Katerina’s MS and BS in Engineering have served her as a solid background in her successful career. In addition, she is a certified Real Estate Broker, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Currently, Katerina is responsible for identifying and securing new development opportunities in the Southeast region for the continued growth of New South Properties.
   
RAYMOND & JODIE SCOTT      DIRECTOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT     Extension 27

The team will be responsible for all construction and assist in site selection.   Raymond became associated with New South Properties in 2002 and Jodie came on board in 2007.  Between them they have 75 years experience in construction, worked on or managed over 120 projects from minor tenant build-outs to $135 million dollar high rises and served in positions from foreman, project engineer, superintendent, scheduler, estimator, assistant project manager and construction manager.   Jodie has a B.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and has certificates from the American Arbitration Association in construction arbitration, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Q.C. and George Washington School of Law in construction contracting.  Raymond has a B.A. from Georgia State College of Business, PCI Certification and GDOT certification.  They are both licensed Georgia General Contractors.  d of Realtors.
   
VICKI SECHLER      REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL & PROPERTY MANAGER     Extension 27

Vicki has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She has handled sales, leasing and property management of office, industrial, mixed use and retail properties in both Texas and Georgia throughout her career.  Her responsibilities at New South Properties include lease and sales contract drafting, abstracting, review and interpretation, title analysis, tracking and communication of critical dates, rent reports and CAM auditing for all of New South Properties shopping centers, out parcels, and office condominium developments.  She also serves as a liaison to tenants and building owners, and identifies property maintenance requirements including bid solicitation and maintenance contracts.  Vicki is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has earned a Paralegal Certificate from Emory University.  She holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker's License and is a Georgia State Registered Real Property Appraiser.  She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the Georgia Association of Paralegals.

Taylor Kiewit joined New South Properties in 2009 as a leasing representative.  After graduating in 2006 from Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business with a B.S. in Marketing, he obtained his real estate license from Barney Fletcher University. He currently specializes in new business development, marketing, and leasing for New South Properties. Taylor is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.  Surrounded by a family of Real Estate agents, the native Atlanta resident is proud to be part of the New South Properties team.
